Wine Review: This orangish pink colored Rose from Argentina opens with a grapefruit, tangerine and red cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, smooth and round in your mouth. The flavor profile is a juicy mild grapefruit with hints gentle minerality, peach, strawberry and tangerine towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This flavorful rose is on the elegant side and would pair nicely with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: It is an elegant wine, well-balanced and crisp that seduces because of its very light-pink- red onion peel-salmon color. This Rosé has fresh, citric, mineral and sweet red berries aromas. Well textured palate that offers juicy strawberries and cherries flavors. It has a persistent and elegant finish. This wine pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, Asian food, grilled poultry, hard cheeses.
