Wine Review: This opaque and deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a ripe black currant and wet stone bouquet with hints of blackberry and eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly acidic and quite juicy. The mouthfeel is polished and smooth. The flavor profile a stony mineral influenced blackberry jam and acai berry blend with notes of black currant and bay leaf. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins drift it away nicely. The Panel would pair this Cab with a New York strip steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
