Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Sullivan opens with a mild crème brulee bouquet with notes of pineapple and pear. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied and nicely balanced between its gentle acidity and mild flavors. The flavor profile mainly featured mineral influenced green apple and oak with notes of pineapple and a hint of pear and banana. The finish is dry and its flavors were nicely sustained. The Panel suggested pairing this Chard with dusted baked scallops or a seafood casserole. Enjoy - Ken (This wine sold only via the winery website)
