Wine Review: This wine opens with a blast of apricot and orange with a hint of honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and zippy. The flavor profile is citrus with a minerality streak throughout. There is also a little hint of lemon tea on the back palate. The finish is sweet and brief. This offering would be a nice porch sipper on a hot summer night with smoked salmon. Enjoy - Ken
