Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc is a classic. It opens with a fragrant gooseberry and grapefruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a gentle lemon with a hint of grapefruit. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This offering would be perfect poolside and also would pair nicely with grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken (Winery only)
Winemaker Notes: Grown at a high elevation in a complex, well-drained site, this Sauvignon Blanc represents a stylistic rarity for the variety. The inaugural vintage combines a round textural profile and complex herbaceous smokiness with a firm structural element that is a characteristic of mountain fruit.
