Wine Review: This ruby colored Syrah based blend opens with a blackberry and espresso bouquet with a hint of green olive and mint. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. The flavor profile red currant and oak blend with notes of clay and black cherry. We also detected hints of cinnamon tea. The finish is dry and its well-managed medium tannins drift away nicely. This wine would pair well with a Peking duck. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
Winemaker Notes: 2021 Cuadrilla opens up with dark ripe plum highlighted with bright fresh red berries. Deep and supple with fine chalky tannins already married with a smooth, polished texture. An alluring otherness of wet stones, mint, and mocha prevail from the nose through the mouth captivating the senses beyond just the magnificently pleasurable profile.
