Wine Review: This dark red colored blend from Stolpman is very good. It opens with a black raspberry and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty mild plum with notes of mild minerality and oak. I also detected hints of blueberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins drift away nicely. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with a filet mignon.
Winemaker Notes: Dark and Intense, the 2017 Cuadrilla shows delicious suppleness through the palate.
