Wine Review: This deep purple colored Petite Sirah opens with a bouquet of black cherry, black raspberry, blackberry, tobacco leaf and oak. On the palate, we found this wine to be medium bodied, well-balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a blend of black cherry, black currant and dark chocolate with hints of tobacco. The finish lingers nicely and displays well-integrated tannins. We thought this Petite Sirah would pair well with cassoulet or chicken marbella. Karen and Stuart
