Wine Review: This midnight blue colored Cabernet from Stewart was a new one for me to cover. It opens with blackberry bouquet with a hint of black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant with hints of oak, pomegranate and licorice. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors and moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. This Cab did well with my ribeye at Del Friscos.
