Wine Review: This goldenrod colored dessert wine opens with a fragrant apricot and golden raisin like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, rather sweet, viscous, and shows a little acidity. The flavor profile is a golden raisin and ripe apple blend with a hint of quince jam and a touch of apricot. The finish remains sweet and its flavors and acidity linger for a little while after the wine is gone. This dessert wine would pair well with sliced green apples with sharp cheddar cheese or on its own. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The perfect accompaniment to desserts, rich in Asian spice: flavors of ginger, cinnamon and cardamom. Aromas of honeysuckle and lavender are followed by mouth filling lychee and spice, with a very long and lingering finish.
