Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Viognier opens with a mango and grapefruit bouquet with hints of petrol, rose, and pastry crust. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is juicy, bright, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a peach and mango blend with notes of saline and tart yellow grapefruit. We also detected hints of stony minerality and pineapple. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are nicely prolonged. We would pair this Viognier with grilled mahi-mahi with tropical fruit salsa. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
