Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Cab opens with a spicy black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, rather smooth, and elegant. The flavor profile is a tasty spicy black raspberry with a touch of strawberry licorice. The finish is dry and its mild fine tannins are nicely prolonged. This paired very well with our Angus beef tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This is a very elegant and balanced wine with nicely focused black cherry and currant flavors on the palate. Hints of cinnamon, decar, vanilla, and mocha give the wine additional complexity and grace. While approachable now, this wine will age nicely over the next 10 to 15 years.
