Wine Review: This straw colored Riesling from St. Urbans Hof opens with a lemon iced tea like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, brisk and lively. The flavor profile is a mineral infused mild light lemon iced tea with a hint of thyme. The finish is semi-sweet with enough acidity to linger for a very long time. This Riesling would be a very nice aperitif and best served in between courses for a complete refreshing of your palate. Enjoy - Ken
