Wine Review: This very pale straw colored Riesling is a real crowd pleaser and did not last very long. It opens with an attractive green apple and mild lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, very fresh and slightly sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe apple and mild mineral blend with notes of gentle apricot and lemon verbena. The finish is semi-sweet and its flavors and acidity are very refreshing and long lasting. This Riesling would pair well with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
