Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from St. Supery was well-received by the Tasting Panel. It opens with gooseberry and yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of Meyer lemon and apricot pit. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied and mouthwatering with plus acidity. The flavor profile is similar to the nose, featuring tasty white grapefruit flavors along with notes of lemon and nectarine pit. The finish is dry and refreshing.
