Wine Review: This pale yellow colored white blend opens with a fragrant ripe yellow grapefruit bouquet with a hint of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a slightly tart mild pink grapefruit with hints of honey, vanilla oak and gentle lime. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. This wine is Very Good and would be perfect with many fish meals. I could definitely envision it with grilled trout sautéed in a brown butter sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This pale yellow wine is speared by streaks of brilliant youthful green. Bright aromas of lemon zest, guava and pink grapefruit combine with seductive nuances of toasted oak and sur lie maturation. The flavors follow with lemon zest, lychee, guava, grapefruit rind and a subtle creaminess enhanced by the smoky barrel notes. This is a vibrant, textured wine with tremendous flavor. Enjoy!
