Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a grassy and grapefruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle grapefruit with a hint of green apple. The finish is and rather pleasant. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
