Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cab opens with a pomegranate and black cherry bouquet with hints of vanilla oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild black currant with hints of black cherry and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are nicely prolonged. The panel would pair this food friendly and approachable Cab wine with Colorado lamb chops or roast pork. Enjoy – KWGTP
