Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cab opens with a moderate blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a dusty black currant with notes of black pepper. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins linger for a little while. Pair this solid Cab with pot roast. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is laden with loads of chocolate and rich, ripe fruit, specifically blackberry, cherry and plum. The palate is bright, full-bodied and balanced. Jammy fruit, toasty oak and hints of licorice and spice round out the wine. Decant to release the abundant flavors and aromas of this youthful and vibrant Cabernet.
