Wine Review: This very dark red blend from Washington state opens with mild cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry and pomegranate blend with notes of gentle minerality and herbs. I also detected some hints of oak and vanilla towards the end. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins stick around for quite some time. This wine would pair very nicely with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2015 Frederick is a very complex wine with rich texture. This blend is layered with fruit, spice and lingering tannins.
