Wine Review: This almost clear colored Spring Mountain Sauvignon Blanc is very nice. It opens with a very fragrant grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, round and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe pink grapefruit with notes of lemon and a hint of tangerine towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair very nicely with grilled swordfish with a lemon drizzle. Enjoy – Ken
