Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a mild black currant bouquet with hints of leather, wet stone, and violets. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with mild fresh acidity. The mouthfeel is elegant and smooth showing great finesse. The flavor profile is mild black currant and graphite blend with notes of black plum and blackberry with hints of oak, nutmeg, and tea. The finish is rather dry, and its well-managed fine tannins linger nicely. The Panel would pair this Cab in the near term with a porterhouse steak or with Silver Palate's lamb stew with lemon and olives. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Aromatic and expressive, the 2018 vintage is a wine of great beauty and promise. Notes of black cherry, bergamot, red raspberry, and plum encapsulate a sturdy core of powdery tannins and vibrant acidity. Hints of rose and citrus blossom permeate its youthful and primary aromas. This is a wine crafted with freshness, elegance, and power that will generously reward for years to come.
