Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a mild black currant and blackberry bouquet. With hints of mocha, oak and black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very well-balanced, polished, super smooth. The flavor profile is delicious black currant and blackberry blend with notes of fine crushed stone minerality, black licorice and dark chocolate. We also detected hints of black tea and vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins have extra-ordinary length. The Panel would certainly drink this gem on its own. With food we would pair it with a ribeye steak. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Deep, dark purple with aromas of blackberry, black currant, toffee, fresh cream, vanilla, coffee and porcini mushroom. Huge and nuanced explosion of German chocolate cake followed by a rich, dense midpalate of almond, blackberry compote, cherry and cream with a long finish of blackberry and chocolate.
