Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine opens with a very fragrant ruby grapefruit bouquet with a hint of strawberry, watermelon and Maraschino cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is similar to the nose. It features a mineral influenced watermelon and ruby grapefruit blend with notes of tangerine, Maraschino cherry and lime. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Rose is a nice summer day option. It would pair very well with popcorn shrimp. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: We use 100% Pinot Noir grapes to produce our classic dry Rose. Crisp and vibrant, this wine features aromas of white peach, jasmine and spring rain. Nectarines, fresh melon and bright acidity are prominent on the palate with a lingering rhubarb flavor on the finish. Pairs nicely with salads, light pasta dishes and fish.
