Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with an inviting black raspberry and black cherry bouquet with a hint of new leather. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a plum and oak blend with notes of cinnamon. I also detected some hints of minerality and cranberry mixed in. The finish is soft and dry. It fades away nicely. This Pinot would pair well with a duck breast with a pomegranate-citrus glaze. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2016 vintage of this wine is impeccably balanced with multiple layers of dark cherry, nutmeg and earth, leading to a long finish. It is drinking exceptionally well now with a fresh, complex bouquet that draws you into the glass.
