Wine Review: This white gold colored organic Gewurztraminer opens with a mild apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a mild lychee and gentle apricot with hints of honey, quince, and mild minerality. The finish remains slightly sweet and its flavors linger and last for quite some time.
