Wine Review: This dark red colored Merlot from the Columbia Valley is a terrific value. It opens mild black cherry and faint red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a mild cherry and blueberry blend with hints of plum and faint oak. The finish is dry and it has little to no tannins in the end. This wine is very food friendly and would pair nicely with your favorite brick oven pizza. This is also a really nice Merlot wine to be purchased by the case for every day consumption. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Ripe black fruit impressions on the nose and jam like flavors touched with spice and herbal notes. The wine finishes nicely with soft luscious tannins and sweet oak flavors.
