Wine Review: This ruby colored Cabernet from Washington State is made from Organic grapes. It opens with a fragrant red cherry bouquet with a hint of black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a pleasant black plum with hints of black cherry, blueberry and cedar. The finish is dry and its medium tannins stick around for a while. This Cabernet is a good value and would be a perfect everyday burger wine. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Red cherry and current fruit impressions on the nose follow through on the palate with spicy tones and ample juicy structure.
