Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chard opens with a fragrant Macintosh apple bouquet with a hint of Bartlett pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. Yet it has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is pleasant tangerine and lime blend. The finish is dry and a touch of light oak lingers in the aftertaste. This Chard is a heck of a deal and would pair perfectly with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: "Tropical fruit aromas combined with hints of sweet oak follow through on the palate with full luscious flavors." Food pairings: Crabcakes, Spicy Chicken Satay, & Grilled Fish with Mango Salsa
