Wine Review: This clear medium ruby colored kitchen sink Red Blend from Cedric the Entertainer and Ian Devereux White opens with a mulberry and black cherry bouquet with hints of dark chocolate and spearmint. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, smooth, and savory. The flavor profile is black plum and blackberry blend with notes of cinnamon and black cherry. We also detected hints of menthol, mild toasted oak, and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors, acidity, and light refined tannins drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this crowd-pleasing and easy to drink red blend with your favorite burger off the grill. Enjoy – KWGTP
