Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine opens with a with a fragrant black raspberry bouquet with hints of oak and black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe and extracted blackberry jam with notes of oak and boysenberry and a hint of black cherry. The finish is dry, a touch hot and its flavors linger for a while. This reasonably priced red blend would be good by the fireplace on a cold winter night. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Cabernet Sauvignon based blend shows Walla Walla's elegant side, which makes it an easy drinker for any occasion. With aromas of cherry, tobacco and raspberry. There is great balance on the palate with cherry flavors and other berry fruits setting the tone for a long finish.
