Wine Review: This opaque and onyx colored Cabernet from Walla Walla opens with a very inviting vanilla oak and blueberry bouquet with notes of black cherry as well. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe black cherry with notes of mild old oak and pomegranate. I also detected a hint of blueberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins and fruit flavors are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair well with veal marsala. Enjoy - Ken
