Wine Review: This is just a fun wine with a fun name. It is a pitch black colored wine that opens with a very attractive and fruity blackberry jam bouquet with a hint of Slim Jim and oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, fruit forward and jammy. The flavor profile is a tasty blackberry jam with notes of strawberry, smoky oak and a hint of blueberry and black pepper. The finish is dry and its smoky flavors linger slightly. This fun red blend would pair well with slow cooked braised ribs or beef brisket. So as the motto on the bottle says, "You go around once in life, so grab all the Hiney wine you can get." Catchy name and so is the wine. Enjoy - Ken
