Wine Review: This Old World styled Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a musty cherry and mild leather bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and savory. The flavor profile is a cedar infused mild black raspberry with hints of oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger nicely. This Pinot is food friendly and would pair well with a pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
