Wine Review: Wow! This Merlot from Sineann is Excellent! It was one of my top selections from this year's Boston Wine Expo. It is dark ruby colored and opens with a mild blueberry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely balanced and super smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild blueberry with notes of gentle black raspberry and oak. I also detected hints of red plum and black pepper that added to its complexity. The finish is dry and its fine moderate tannins and mild acidity fade away nicely. This top notch Merlot would pair very well with a New York strip steak. Share a bottle soon with someone special. Enjoy - Ken
