Wine Review: This clear straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with faint ginger and Quisp cereal bouquet with hints of bread dough. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, delicate, and smooth. The flavor profile is a chalky minerality and lemon verbena blend with notes of white pepper and green tea. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing.
