Wine Review: This light white gold colored wine opens with a wet stone bouquet and a hint of green melon. On the plate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and shows a little crispiness. The flavor profile is a mild Anjou pear with notes of white pepper and minerals with just a hint of tangerine. This enjoyable Greek wine would pair well with grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour straw blonde with light shades of green, with a subtle nose of citrus fruit. Excellent structure with a depth of flavor and an acidity which brings the flavors to the fore and adds freshness, with a lasting after-taste. Has the characteristic mineral taste, typical of the variety, at it's very best.
