Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot opens with a musty raspberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely balanced, refined, and silky. The flavor profile is a tasty blend of light black cherry and black raspberry. The finish is dry and its noticeable tannins stick with you for a little while. This wine would pair nicely with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
