Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Pinot opens with a fragrant black raspberry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty black plum with hints of black currant, black raspberry, old oak and a touch of black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are friend and drift away nicely. I would pair this blackened salmon and dirty rice. Enjoy - Ken
