Wine Review: This pale gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from Sidebar opens with a nose of tropical fruit, nectarine and a hint of white grapefruit pith. On the palate, it is very crisp with bright acidity and lots of lime and minerality flavors. It has a long and extended finish. We found it to be very food friendly. We would pair with grilled shrimp off the barbecue. - Stuart & Karen
