Wine Review: This straw colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a clean white peach, lemon and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, it is crisp and clean with good acidity, as well some slight richness for balance. The flavors of green apple, lemon/lime and light minerality are nicely blended together. They also lingered into a pleasant dry finish. This Sauvignon Blanc went well with grilled chicken over Caesar salad on a warm summer evening. - Mark
