Wine Review: This straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Sidebar opens with a wet stone and Anjou pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused lime with hints of green apple and Anjou pear. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with spring rolls. Enjoy
