Wine Review: This dark pink colored opens with an attractive mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and displays pleasant acidity. The flavor profile is a blend of strawberry and watermelon with nicely integrated notes of minerality. I also detected a hint of red cherry. The finish is rather dry and its acidity and flavors last quite some time. I would enjoy this Rose with grilled weisswurst at a picnic on a hot summer day. Enjoy - Ken
