Wine Review: This almost clear wine has a tinge of white gold color. It opens with a shy wet stone and granny smith apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and soft. It is very quaffable. The flavor profile is a gentle Granny Smith with mild mineral notes and a hint of lime. The finish is dry and pleasant. This Lake County Sauvignon Blanc is east to drink and would pair well with grilled lemon chicken. Enjoy - Ken
