Wine Review: This yellow colored Riesling from Lake County opens with a mild Bartlett pear bouquet with a hint of wet stone and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, round, and very sweet. The flavor profile is a candied peach with notes of ginger, honey, and white pepper. The finish is remains sweet and its fruit and a touch of minerality linger. This value Riesling would pair well with chicken satay. Enjoy - Ken
