Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Cab opens with a spicy mulberry bouquet with hints of strawberry licorice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, extraordinarily smooth, and elegant. The flavor profile is a gentle black cherry with notes of cocoa and light coffee. The finish is dry and its very refined tannins are nicely prolonged. Pair this tasty Cab with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: "Aromas of warm black fruit, cedar, chocolate, and dried herbs, followed by rich, juicy flavors of blackberry, dark chocolate, and tobacco, with a nice long finish. The tannins are ripe and supple." — ELIAS FERNANDEZ
