Wine Review: This dark opaque purple colored Merlot opens with a black cherry bouquet with a hint of black licorice. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild black currant with notes of dark cocoa. The finish is dry and its refined tannins are nicely prolonged. Pair this wine with pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: "This release is marked by its perfumy aromas of dark fruit that push out of the glass. The wine itself fills the mouth with opulent flavors of red and black berry fruit, licorice, spice, pepper, strawberry and plum. It’s a wine that pairs so well with food, it makes me hungry just tasting it." - ELIAS FERNANDEZ
