Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine opens with a mild oak and lemon lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and quite creamy, yet expresses pleasant acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty butter and green apple with notes of spice and gentle oak. The finish is dry and fresh. This wine would pair quite well with chicken piccata. Enjoy – Ken
