Wine Review: The opaque and dark ruby colored red blend opens with a mild boysenberry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a very tasty boysenberry and black cherry with hints of blueberry and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are slightly sticky and linger for a bit. This wine is very good, friendly and would pair well with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The dark crimson color leads to an intense bouquet packed with black and dried cherries, dried leaves, graphite and toasty oak. The palate is lush with black fruit, black cherry, dried herbs, cocoa, espresso and lingering herb and blueberry notes. The finish is soft, juicy and supple thanks to the ample amounts of Merlot blended in. This is a rich, yet surprisingly approachable wine that can be enjoyed right now!
