Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir from Sea Smoke opens with a red cherry and raspberry bouquet with hints of cinnamon, violets, and birch beer. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with pleasant medium acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, polished, silky, and graceful. The flavor profile is a very tasty red cherry and mild red raspberry blend with red plum and green tea. We also detected hints of oak and Chinese five spice in the mix. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with a rack of lamb. Enjoy - KWGTP
